The Threshold Studio . BrisbaneThe first Threshold Cohort opens in October
I'm Jennifer. I work with women in midlife, mostly the ones still functioning perfectly well on the outside while something quieter comes undone underneath.
Before this I designed bridal gowns for years. Fittings, seam allowances, the slow work of making something hold its shape on a body that keeps moving. That turned out to transfer.
The Threshold Studio is where the work lives now. Audio, a programme, and a lot of writing about what is actually happening to a woman in perimenopause, without the clinical distance and without the cheerleading.
Free. A few minutes, and it shows you what you are carrying.
What I DoCourses
The Midlife Mud Map is where most women start. Seven audios, in two parts: what is happening to you, and where it is showing up. Nothing to print, nothing to fill in.
Threshold is the twelve week programme. A small capped group, mostly asynchronous so it fits a real life, and three one to one sessions with me. First cohort opens in October.
Speaking
I speak on decision governance: how women carry the decisions nobody else is tracking, what that costs, and what changes when someone finally governs it. If you are programming a room this fits, write to me.
Writing
I write The Clearing on Substack most weeks. My first book, Not Yet, is with its editor. It will be out when it is ready and not before.
