Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 July 2026
The Threshold Studio Collective (ABN 36 045 018 695); "The Threshold Studio", "we", "us" or "our", respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.thethreshold.studio and to any related pages, forms and purchases.
The information we collect
We collect information you give us directly: your name and email address when you subscribe, download a resource, make an enquiry or buy a product. When you make a purchase, our payment provider collects the details needed to process your order. We do not see or store your full card number.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your device type, browser and how you move through the pages. This is standard website analytics and helps us understand what is useful.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver what you have asked for, sending a resource you downloaded, fulfilling an order, answering an enquiry, and to send you emails you have opted in to receive. We also use it to run and improve the site and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
We only send marketing emails to people who have subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
How your information is handled and stored
The site is hosted on Squarespace, and we use Squarespace's tools for forms, email and commerce. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Squarespace Payments & PayPal. These providers store data securely on our behalf and use it only to provide their services.
We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the studio: our hosting, email and payment providers, and where we are required to by law.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to function and to measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning some off may affect how the site works.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. To do any of these, email hello@thethreshold.studio and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, with its date.

These terms apply to your use of www.thethreshold.studio and to any product you buy from The Threshold Studio Collective (ABN 36 045 018 695). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.
Who we are
The Threshold Studio is a coaching and education studio for women in midlife and perimenopause. You can reach us at hello@thethreshold.studio.
What we offer
We offer digital products and resources, including downloadable workbooks and guides. Details and prices are shown on each product page. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Purchases and delivery
When you buy a digital product, you receive access to download it by email once your payment is confirmed. Please download and save your files promptly: download links may expire after a set time. If a link expires before you have saved your file, contact us, and we will help.
The nature of our products
Our products and content are educational and reflective. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you are unwell or in distress, please seek appropriate support.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed. Please read the description on each product page carefully before you buy.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it would, you are entitled to a remedy as required by law. If something is wrong, email hello@thethreshold.studio and we will make it right.
Intellectual property
All materials we provide, workbooks, guides, text and images, remain the property of The Threshold Studio Collective and are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or share them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site and our products lawfully, and not to misuse, copy or disrupt them.
Liability
We take care in creating our products. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them, beyond the remedies required under the Australian Consumer Law.
