Threshold is a contained 12-week structure designed to help you regulate before you react, and stabilise before you make major decisions.
This application helps determine whether the space is the right fit for where you are now, and whether you’re ready to work in this way.

You’re high-functioning, but internally unsettled
You’re tired of reacting from pressure, resentment, or emotional spikes
You’re ready for structure, not endless processing
You’re willing to be honest, reflective, and responsible for your own stabilisation
You want a calm, contained space to think clearly again
This space is not for you if
You want constant access or ongoing reassurance
You’re looking for reactive support in the moment
You want to process endlessly without structure
You are not ready to be honest about your patterns
You want quick relief more than real stabilisation
What happens next

If Threshold feels like the right fit, you’ll be invited to the next step.
