Threshold is a contained 12-week structure designed to help you regulate before you react, and stabilise before you make major decisions.

This application helps determine whether the space is the right fit for where you are now, and whether you’re ready to work in this way.

This space is for you if

  • You’re high-functioning, but internally unsettled

  • You’re tired of reacting from pressure, resentment, or emotional spikes

  • You’re ready for structure, not endless processing

  • You’re willing to be honest, reflective, and responsible for your own stabilisation

  • You want a calm, contained space to think clearly again

This space is not for you if

  • You want constant access or ongoing reassurance

  • You’re looking for reactive support in the moment

  • You want to process endlessly without structure

  • You are not ready to be honest about your patterns

  • You want quick relief more than real stabilisation

What happens next

1. Submit your application

Answer the questions with honesty and specificity. Short answers are fine, but clarity matters.

2. Your application is reviewed

If Threshold feels like the right fit, you’ll be invited to the next step.

This is a considered process, not an automated one.

3. You’ll receive a response

You’ll either be offered a place, invited to a follow-up conversation, or told clearly if it isn’t the right fit at this time.
